People I met

Having various experts onboard is a large part of the problem solving model. One cannot simply know everything – climate change, nutrition, agriculture, and health. In a perfect world, I would have liked a week of studio with the experts like the one I worked on in Sitra, Helsinki Design Lab Studio, but let’s face it – this was my master’s thesis without supporting organisation or funding. My strategy was therefore to visit as many experts as possible and ask about the most recent research findings, and listen to their take on the problem. Beef Finland is hugely owing to those listed below who generously spared their time for meeting me.
